promod change weap:
F1 = spec ops
F2 = Assault Riffle
F3 = Scope
-----------------
F4 = normal Mouse
F5 = asymetric Mouse
F6 = toggle com_maxfps 125 250 333
F7 = Responsetrigger on/off (good to snipe with bolt action <33)
------------------
toggle filmtweaks on/off:
F8 = citystreets
F9 = crossfire
F10 = backlot
F11 = crash
