Thank you crazyninja.
To install font go in your cod4 file(in activision) then open main folder and open localized_english_iw00 with winrar , go images and drop the font there.
fore sure make a copy of the original one.

drop the cod4 folder in your desktop then do it again and put the folder back to activotion
