Im new to modding and want to create a DR server have everything but custom guns how do you do this?

I saw a video where you build iwd fast file run game and create mod.csv but when you do that it gets rid of your deathrun.iwd. Please help and how do I add these guns to the basic weapon select screen please help thank you.
