US Scrims?

I've started mixing more recently.. but only EU servers.
That's all I've seemed to get off of IRC.

Are there channels or something for US scrims or something?
I wanna play and get better but ping does not help sometimes..
but I guess it's not TOO bad..

lol competitive cod 4 is nearly dead in America since CEVO decided to remove cod4//cod4promod for MW2 :S ! but there are some xfire groups/leagues for NA... but cant remember the exact names... just use search function for groups/leagues @ xfire and search for CoD 4 Promod scrim finder NA for example ...

(Despite my name, it's because of my heritage) I was ranked 11th in NA 16 months ago and trust me, it's dead man, I mix with friends, you can find quite a few canadians who play, but Americans LOVE their pub cod4, for the big scrims, tourneys, etc, you needa play EU. For me, I play a lot of English, I live in New York so I get 90 ping in Brit servers like a bawss, and still 2nd top frag
