I was curious if anyone could give me a link for modtools? I've googled it and found multiple things, but I have no clue what I'm looking for, I don't know if there are multiple versions of it, or just one, If anyone could help It'd be much appreciated.

I figured everything out, got a custom gun installed, Now, How do I use it with other mods? &How do I use the gun in game?

You cannot install a custom gun on a mod unless you have the raw files. And you cannot use them ingame on all servers. (Except for Pmodels but not sharing how to make them.)

So I wont be able to use a downloaded gun model in any other mod? Ex. Like codjumper, using... the five 7 gun model? I wanted to use it in a private lobby, I didn't want to use any online in pubs

nope, as long you do not own the rawfiles of those mods, you cannot edit them.
