Hello guys im Hobbit

So i have this weird problem and idk how to fix it, i got Asus G73JH with Q720 i7 1.60 ghz turbut boost to 2.8 ghz, HD5870 1gb, 6gb ram, and 500gb hard disc, and i get huge fps drops on cod4 like from 250 to 130 sometimes, tempreture is fine CPU normal when not playing just browsing net or pc is 50-55, when playing 60-65, GPU is 50 not playing when playing 60-70. using tcm paradox cfg. on other games there is no huge fps drops, bf3 on low settings almost evrywhere constant 60 fps.

sooo is there a fix or something to make locked fps or atleast more stable? tried fps configs didnt help.
