new gpu - low fps :/
Member
Hi there. I am having issue with my new gpu. Recently i bought gtx770 and was expecting not having fps drops in smoke BUT it drops digits:
gtx 550ti (old): 250 stable, in smoke 50-60
gtx 770: 250 stable, in smoke drop under 200.
I thought my GPU is weak or smthing but i launched Splinter Cell: Blacklist on ULTRAs and had 80 fps lol. Any ideas? It's like not taking cod4 serious. Like it's not even game ):
Anyone had such problem? Any ideas?

And? I can buy a 770 that's a shit for gaming or buy a GTX 650 good for gaming and get more than a normal 770.

What the fuck are you on about? There is no way you will get better performance from a 650 vs a 770. Unless you overclock it with liquid nitrogen.

Currently using a 760.
In smoke I have a stable 250, as well as my friend.
I'd assume you should have better. Have you tried checking temps? Or change a few settings?

Seems like trouble is in win7 and win8. I am having gtx770 and win8 when my friend have 760 and win7. Plus geforce experience doesn't detect CoD4 on my system, but it detects on my friend's :/
PC is very strong:
I73770k
GTX7704gb
16gb2133
500gb7200

Wipe the previous driver, and perform a clean install. That way, we know for sure it's not driver issues
