Check your config's r_filmtweaklighttint numbers. The three values represent Red, Green and Blue respectively, so if the second number is substantially larger than the others (more than 0.3 or so higher), that would be why. The three values should start off relatively similar to create a white. I hope you know some basic colour blending using RGB (e.g. red + green = yellow), so then you know what values to change to get your desired colour.
