MW2 Tar 21 EOT and F2000 EOT

I was wondering if there is a download with these 2 MW2 weapons.
I found Tar 21 but i didnt see any EOT tech sight aka Holographic.
Also it would be good to see F2000 with or without Holo.
Anyone know anything?
