If animations was grabbed from BO Mod Tools pack then you have to change its first byte to suit CoD4's xanim first byte. (0x13 -> 0x11) and add this animation to multiplayer anim tree file (*.atr). Unfortunately I can't help you further to get it work as I'm not experienced with .atr modding but it shouldn't be too hard - just look like original file compiled into .ff.
If this anims are in Tom's format (.tanim) - use Tom's XAnim tools to compile. Same if there Maya files inside.
