-1 Extract exige.wft and exige.wtd and rename them to the car you want to replace.
-2 Use SparkIV or OpenIV and browse to vehciles.img and replace the files. Save after you're done.
-3 Browse to "\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data" and replace each file using text editor with the corresponding lines:

How to add Paintjobs to the car: (By Spidereon)
-1 Open your template in Photoshop or Gims.
-2 Add new layer and create your paintjob.
-3 Hide all other layers except paintjob layer and save as exige_sign_xx
-4 Convert your paintjob to DDS (DXT5) using Photshop or DXTBmp or any other similar application.
-5 Add your new Paintjob using OpenIV or any other similar application.
