-backup your files before replacing stuff-

1.extract F13.wft and F13.wtd and rename the files to the car you want to replace (any 2 door car, for example 'sentinel')

2.use openiv or sparkiv to browse vehicles.img and replace the files, rebuild and save the archive.

3.browse gta4/common/data and open the following files with texteditor, replace the lines for the car you replace with these:
