2- Click browse then go all the way down to "cdimages"

3- Select "Weapons.IMG" then click "Edit"

4- Import the 4 files "WDR and WTD" then click "Save" and "Rebuild"

5- Open GTA IV/common/data/weaponInfo.xml with a Notepad and replace the original line:
