Hello.
This is my first custom CoD4 background, it replaces the original one in the main screen with an image of the Spestnaz Forces I found on Google.
Nothing special, I just tried to make a custom thing myself and since it worked I felt like sharing it with who's interested.

To "install" it, unpack the file "CoD4_Spetznaz_Background1.rar" (with WinRAR, 7zip or whatever you like) to your desktop, then a new folder containing the file "iw_zzz_menu_SpetsnazFrame01.iwd" will come up. Now move this file to the main cod4 folder, located here;

> "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main" (Non-Steam version)

> "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty 4 - modern warfare\main" (Steam version users)

To uninstall it just delete the file from the main folder.
