My recommend to replace for airtug or adding new vehicle or replace for chopper (VTOL).

1. Change airtug handling:

2. Find "$" sign in handling.dat. Insert the following above ANNHIL:

3. Open "vehicles.ide". change with this:

airtug, airtug, plane, AIRTUG, AIRTUG, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_LE1_RI1, 100, 999, 0.200, 0.200, 0.3, 2, 1.0 ,1, bangerexhaustfx+truckexhaustfx+truckfirefx+truckenginefx+ext_rare

4. Fly control: W, S, A, D, LShift, LCtrl.

For VTOL Handling:
