Tbh it's nothing special, just some diffusion and some desatured CC.But oh hey, it looks nice af.
To make it work better remember to animate the diffusion to fit on clips/cines.You could also mask out different parts of your cinematic/clip for where the Diffusion should be put.
The CC is a .ffx file which is an After Effects preset, quite easy to install.
Install the preset to: Adobe After Effects CS6\Support Files\Presets\nameofpresetfolder
