File description

Default key is X. it can be changed if you open Reload.cfg in wordpad and change bind X to bind (the key of your choice).

The script is unreliable, I'd just use the command
bind mouse5 "weapnext; wait 2; weapnext; wait 2; +attack; wait 2; -attack; wait 2; +reload; wait 2; -reload".
I personally prefer this command as I don't like the reload after every reload cancel, which is better for noscoping & still reload cancels the last shot
bind mouse5 "weapnext; wait 2; weapnext; wait 2; +attack; wait 2; -attack"

UPDATE: WHAT I USE NOW:
bind x "com_maxfps 85; wait 2; weapnext; wait 2; weapnext; wait 2; +attack; wait 2; com_maxfps 75; -attack; wait 2; wait 2; wait;com_maxfps 250"

first of all set show hidden folders.
then go to c/user/your user name/app data/local/call of duty/players/profile/your profile name/config_mp.cfg
open it with word pad
find the button what you want to set for example I set
bind G "cg_weaponCycleDelay 0;weapnext;wait 2;weapprev;cg_weaponcycledelay 5"
