heya, i don't have a tool but i do have a cheat table: http://gmzorz.com/AW_NEW.CT
(requires cheat engine)

controls are:
F5 - Teleport bot1 to player
F6 - Teleport bot2 to player
F7 - Teleport bot3 to player
F8 - Lock bots 1, 2 and 3 position, does not freeze actions
F9 - Unfreeze bots 1, 2 and 3
F10 - Freeze bots 1, 2 and 3

You can noclip by setting player_mode to 2 (default = 0) under player options
For this to work you must have free spectating enabled in the game setup menu
Fov can only be changed when data validation is off (also under player options)
