hiya, each model has its own textures. The colormap, the normalmap, and the specularmap.
In the specularmap you can easily bump up the specularity.
The lighter, the more specular the texture becomes.
if im right you can find the textures in iw_06.iwd (not sure tho, but they start with ~ and may contain _s, _spc or spc-rgb in the filename instead of _col and _nml)
