Everything is cool except that grabbing weapon from ground as opfor throws client out of server with following error message:
"dobj for xmodel 'body_mp_arab_regular_sniper' has more than 128 bones (see console for details)".

Just cleaned that weapons/mp file a "little" bit

found solution!
in maps/mp/gametypes/_weapons.gsc script file commented out following function calls:
//detach_all_weapons();
//stow_on_back();
//stow_on_hip();
