A simple program that generates config files that execute a certain animation.

For example:
I could input a cg_fovscale command to the program and tell it to generate a config that executes an animation from the 0.2 to the 1.125 value and that the animation should take 15 seconds.

I then simply put the generated config file in my main folder, execute it in game and use the provided bind from the generated config.
