After some time of googling, my problem isnt solved. Maybe you can help me:

Everytime I open cod4.prj with the level editor, a error appears:

FATAL ERROR: couldn't load marterial '$default'
GetLastError() = 3
An unrecoverable error has occured. Would you like to edit the Preferences before exiting Q3Radiant?

I'm using windows 7 and bought the game on steam, if that matters.

I downloaded the files and replaced them with the old ones, the same error occures. Ive downloaded the files from steam, so I dont have a dvd (my main folder contains the iw_01.iwd file).

Help!

Ive got COD4, and I moved the Radiant.exe to the iw3sp and iw3mp folder, same error occures.

Edit: Could you be so kind and convert it? I only need the map, the spawn positions arent important..
