I recorded whit fraps 60fps and 0.2 timescale and what should i do i vdub
60fps+0.2timescale=300fps

Dunno but its better : 0.05 timescale 30 fps 450 virtualdub amazing quality

100 fps time scale 0.1 go in vbub and render it in 1000 fps much better and much smoother quality ( go to video then frame rate change frame rate to fps then type 1000 then you are done then click save as avi and render in vegas

0.1 Timescale + 30Fps = 300fps
0.25 Timescale + 30Fps = 120Fps
0.25 Timescale + 60Fps = 250Fps
0.0625 Timescale + 30Fps = 480Fps

You shouldn't use fraps. Use dxtory.
