Alright, so I downloaded a playing cfg from here 20 minutes ago, everything is fine... Except everything goes to fast

Bots; They fly around the map at the speed of light
Promod bot: Spawns instantly
Commands: are spammed 1000 times when I press the button once


Does anyone know how to fix this? It's annoying as hell....
