timescale 0.1 and 30fps and vdub 300fps or better is timescale 0.05 fraps 30 vdub 480 and with abbie megui is best <33

Just use the uncompressed .avi 720p@25fps preset and use h264 codec after that for compression

Those are terrible settings! Use .avi with Xvid codec for the highest quality possible.
