hey guys.
i just tried to start recording demos using avidemo->vdub. works fine but when i use r_fullscreen 0 and resotution in cod4 is 1280x720 it barely doent fit on my screen. so it doesnt capture screenshots(friend told me that it doesnt mostly take screenshots via avidemo when whole cod4 window isn't on screen).
so what to do? i can i somehow make the window little bit smaller without decreasing cod4 resotlution. my friend has 22 inch screen i have 19" but i tried 22" screen and even bigger one and didnt work. also my friend is even using bigger resolution. ofc i can record with lower res but higher is always better :S
idk then if it depends of my computer screens settings and resolution,dunno about those at all. help?

Just avidemo in fullscreen with 1280x960 or 1024 ... and crop it in Vegas or AAE later just to get better quality and the killfeed gets bigger too which I think looks quite sick espacially with rusfont on it, but that depends on you, you could just record in fullscreen with 1280x720, but anyhow stay with the fullscreen the risk that avidemo fails is just too big in windowed mode, coz if u record with avidemo 200, 300 or even 1000 (SuperSlowMo) and u got a long scene u waiting a looong time and when it fails ur even more angry ... just stay with fullscreen full resolution and crop it, thats my opinion it gives nice quality, big feed and makes no problems ...

ok ty. just wondering cos windowed screen seems to work on my friends pc :L
i used maintain aspect ratio on vegas(to remove black bars) and quality is quite nice. thanks
