Movie config gets rid of rain mod

I'm trying to use the rain mod in combination with a movie config I have. But whenever I execute the config, the rain mod goes away. Here is the config:

Is there a normal config that you can use online (multiplayer) that get ride of ran??
Sence u carnt use a movie config to play with online (multiplayer)

What are you talking about? I'm a moviemaker, I'm trying to record demos to create a fragmovie. I want to use this movie config with the rain mod, but when I use the movie config, the rain mod goes away. This has absolutely nothing to do with multiplayer.
