its post video editing, something like that wouldnt be made ingame, my guess would be masking the scope overlay in vegas or ae or smth

nope...it can be used in game too.

and i saw on youtube how people make scope overlay in sony vegas or adobe after effects....and the file is saved like an .iwd/iwi file through winrar...but vegas and after eff don't run on my pc ..idk why...i tryed ...
but..u can use that in game...trust me..i know how to install them

As koene said. I have tried to make a transparent scope overlay but its just a square thats a liiittle bit bigger than the "normal" scope. Doesnt make a big difference
