my sister give me her old laptop, but with broken CPU Intel core i3 370M(with integrated GPU intel HD graphics), i can have cpu with same socket but without GPU. So question is, can laptop work without gpu ? (only for internet,movies,music)

Because you are asking a bit of an dumb question, a GPU in a computer is to see from the GPU to the monitor. If you have a CPU with out the GPU you can make an external laptop graphics adaptor

i dont want to use it like that. i have laptop with broken CPU. the CPU is intel core i3 370M. This PCU has an intel HD graphic into a CPU but the CPU is broken. I can change broken i3 with an intel pentium p6000 but it is a CPU without any GPU. So if i change i3 with p600 did it work or it will miss GPU ?
