Hi guys. I record my clips on 30 fps in Fraps and timescale 0.25. Next I go to sony vegas 10 and import clip, i speed up it and I change audio properties to Classic and i choose Lock to skretch. Next step is rendering. When the rendering is end i open my clip and i saw it is too laggy. Check this pls and help:

You either rendered at a lower fps, or you disabled resample

i render at 50 fps

maybe 60 fps?

just conver it with virtualdub into 120fps

It seems fine my end, audio and video sync up for myself. Not sure what part is laggy for you/everyone else.
