To add custom viewhands you need the Deathrun sources which can be downloaded here: https://github.com/BraXi/CoD4_DeathRun_1.2_Mod
Then you also need mod tools for cod4 which can be download from here: http://www.gamershell.com/download_22849.shtml
Then add all the files to the deathrun_dev folder and to the raw folder from the mod tools.
Add the lines for the mod.csv you got with the viewhands you downloaded then just compile the mod and done.

You also have to edit characterTable.csv to set which playermodel should use the viewhands
