I know how to use photoshop,..what else do I need to do in order to create icons for some of the custom weapons that are on CFG-Factory? One or two come with ready made icons as .iwi files but most of them don't.
Can someone help me?

Just make them as .tga 24-bit with alpha channels, use assman to create the materials as 2d and then reference the .iwi in your weapon file.
