Hey!

Kamikaz had this CoD2 fix that removes the lagicon, and duplicate avidemo screens etc. Now he had a .dll (gfx_d3d_mp_x86_s-Kamikaz_9999ssfix_rfullscreenfix.dll) that let CoD2 run in windowed mode - there's no other way for it.

In CoD4 this could be done by using "r_fullscreen 0" and then change your Display Settings from your default to something else.I dont really know if this could be done in CoD2 with the same command since I dont even have the game ^.^
Try using the command tho , since tons of them are the same for CoD Series.
