1. Dont use the viewport background in your render, the quality really sucks.
Render with alpha channel instead, and use matte shadows instead. If you are, check your render settings.
2. Why does the head have so much specular when nothing else in the scene does? Try and fix that.
3. The lightning makes no sense in this scene. The light should come from above and behind and from the front, but not so it casts a shadow like that.
4. Why is the model holding the gun in such an awkward way? What happend to the 5th finger?
5. Please do something about those horrible pixelated shadows, they just look awful.

Maybe you should look at some tutorials about how to light and render a scene properly before you go any further.
