Install the weapon:

You can replace MP5, M4 and AK47 always you can fire this famas when you going on any vehicle,
Just rename the files to ak47 or m4
1.- Backup originals files
2.- Chose black, winter, or Scoped
3.- Open SparkIV and replace w_mp5.wdr and w_mp5.wtd to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
4.- Save and rebuild
