Configured all by myself. Nearly 600 commands are put together in what i can call my best cfg.
r_mode is 1366 x 768

Almost everything is on low settings. Thats just how i like playing.
There are filmtweaks for most maps, which are executed with the arrow keys. "Hold to reload" bind. Does exactly what its named after. cg_fov 80, cg_drawfps 1, cg_drawfpslabels 1, com_maxfps 125
